The Ghana Football Association has demoted Division One League side, Phar Rangers to the fourth-tier league.

The Appeals Committee announced the decision on Wednesday evening.

Earlier this month, the Division One League side was handed a five-year ban by the Football Association for pulling out of all competitions.

The Committee also banned the shareholders and directors of the club from all activities for a period of five years.

However, the ban imposed on the stakeholders and directors of the club has been canceled by the Appeals Committee.

Phar Rangers will also not be allowed to participate in the MTN FA Cup for two seasons.
