Hon. Kennedy Agyapong, an aspiring NPP presidential candidate, has donated essential medical supplies to the Effia-Nkwanta Regional Hospital in the Western Region.

‎The donation included essential drugs, brand-new wheelchairs, and other critical medical equipment needed to keep the facility running efficiently. Nurses examined the items with gratitude, knowing the difference they would make in emergency care, maternity services, and outpatient treatment.

‎When Hon. Agyapong stepped forward to address the gathering, his tone was firm but compassionate. He spoke about the struggles healthcare facilities face across the country and emphasized the need for hospitals to be properly equipped to serve their communities.

‎“A strong nation depends on healthy people,” he said. “If our hospitals lack the tools they need, we cannot expect quality healthcare. It is our responsibility as leaders, citizens, and stakeholders to ensure that these facilities can function at their best.”

‎ For many, this gesture was not just a donation but a statement of commitment to improving healthcare delivery in the Western Region and beyond. Hospital staff expressed heartfelt appreciation, noting that the supplies would significantly ease their daily burden and enhance patient care.
