The Court of Appeal by a unanimous decision has today, upheld the appeal filed by Hon. Kennedy Agyapong against Kwaku Baako based on an earlier judgment delivered in favor of Kwaku Baako by an Accra High Court after the said Court had struck out portions of statements in the defendant’s witness statements at CMC stage.
The court has therefore ordered a retrial of the case and has also ordered for all monies paid after the High Court judgment be refunded to the Appellant within 30 days.
