The wife of NPP running mate Dr. Mathew Prempeh, Mrs. Alma Naa Jama Pokua Adade Prempeh , on Tuesday, stormed the Bortianor Ngleshie Amanfrom constituency to canvass for votes for Dr. Bawumia and the NPP .

Her first stop was at the Ga South Municipal Assembly where she met with Chiefs and Queenmothers and other stakeholders.

She introduced herself to the Chiefs and Queenmothers as one of their own daughters, Naa Jama Adade and asked them for their blessings ahead of the upcoming elections for NPP to win.

She then met a gathering of NPP faithfuls as well as residents within the constituency at Oshieyie.

She showcased some very remarkable NPP projects to the gathering and said the NPP has reallý achieved several feats for the past 8 years such as free SHS/ TVET, paying of nursing and teacher training allowances, Ghana Card, medical drone services delivery among many.

 

She praised the fisher folks for their selfless devotion to serving the nation and pleaded with them to continue the good work of feeding the nation and asked them to vote massively for Dr. Bawumia as President and Sylvester Tetteh as the NPP parliamentary candidate for Bortianor Ngleshie Amanfrom.
She said she will team up with the MP to contribute to the welfare needs of the people.

Hon Sylvester Tetteh traced the history of Ghana’s first ladies from Naa Morkor Busia to Mrs Rebecca Akuffo Addo, and said the incoming Second lady will continue with the tradition.
He said the NPP has done several things for the constituents, like roads, infracstructure, schools,hospitals and various social intervention projects which have lifted the area to another level of comfort.

 

He said the Ga Dangme people have benefitted immensely from the NPP govt under Nana Addo and hopes that the next NPP government under Dr Bawumia and Dr Opoku Prempeh will continue the good works.
