The Ghana Bodybuilding and Fitness Association team that triumphed at the recent African Championship in South Africa presented their medals and trophies to the Director General of National Sports Authority, Ghana, Prof Peter Twumasi, yesterday in Accra.
The five medalists included a lone female athlete. The NSA offered the team GHS 10,000..00 as a token of appreciation aside travel support the team received to attend the competition.
The occasion was also used to celebrate Ms. Christiana Naa Marley Ashley for winning Ghana Women Award 2023 as an Outstanding Female Sports Personality. Congratulations to all winners.
