The Black Meteors held their first training session in Rabat, a day after arriving in the host nation for the 2023 TotalEnergies U23 African Cup of Nations.
The tournament is set to commence on Saturday, June 24, 2023 with the Group A match between hosts Morocco vs Guinea at the Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium.
Ghana will then face Congo in the other Group A match on Sunday, June 25, 2023 at the same venue.
All 24 players who are currently in camp took part in Thursday’s training session which was held at the Training Center Faith Union Sport.
The team’s first training session in Rabat was preceded by a Team Arrival Meeting which was held at the team’s hotel.
The Black Meteors will train at the same venue on Friday before the official training session on Saturday, June 24.
