The Chairman of Agona East NPP, Mr. Desmond Essandoh, has warned the MP for the constituency, Hon. Queenster Pokua Sawyer, to desist from the unhealthy activities she is engaging herself in, by removing Prof Kwesi Yankah and Nana Addo’s posters from vantage points.

According to him, these activities started a month ago, which has resulted in arresting one person who confirmed that he was sent by the MP. The case is before Agona Swedru Magistrate Court, for pending judgement.

The chairman expressed shock for the MP to even went ahead to confirm on Golden Star FM at Agona Swedru that she removed the posters.

He has therefore called on NDC leadership at the constituency to the National level and Ex – President Mahama, to advise the woman, else, they will also engage her squarely, and even go into this year’s election without seeing a single poster on a wall.

He said, he can contract his youth to do same, but Prof Kwesi Yankah, has become an obstacle to that intentions because he wants to maintain the peace the constituency has enjoyed since the fourth republic, under the leadership of Hon. Kojo Yankah, Hon. Adu Yeboah and Hon. John Kwesi Agyabeng, who ruled 8 years each.

The chairman added that, Prof Kwesi Yankah, has become a mediator of peace, but when the oppressions from the woman becomes extreme, they may end up in defiling his peace move, and that will be a bad result for the Constituency.

He also asked the MP to respect the office she is occupying for her to be accorded with same respect by her constituents.
