The executive council of the Ghana Bodybuilding and Fitness Association (GBFA) has appointed Mrs Bambie Sam as the head of the Ghana Fitness Challenge Commission.

She was the first female Bikini athlete in Ghana.

She is currently the head of the Women’s Committee of the GBFA.

She is the CEO OF B’Acteve Wellness, a company that advises on health, fitness and overall physical wellness, and implements programmes ensure that its clients are in the best possible shape.

 

As a health and fitness entrepreneur, Bambie is expected to use her rich knowledge in fitness to help develop fitness challenge as a competition in Ghana

Arnold Aryee, with his rich experience in the field of bodybuilding and fitness, has also been appointed as the assistant head of the Ghana Fitness Challenge Commission
Arnold is the oldest competitive bodybuilder in Ghana, with over 30 years of competition with respectable placing.

He has represented Ghana in various international competitions and is a certified ifbb judge.
