Nations FC emerged in the 3rd position of the Ghana Premier League table after victorious 1-0 victory over Karela United at the Dr. Kwame Kyei Sports Stadium on Monday, 7th April, 2025.

Nations FC’s Emmanuel Annor scored in the 25th minute scored giving the home side a one-goal lead ahead of Karela United.

The first half was fairly balanced, with Nations FC slightly edging ball possession at 53% compared to Karela’s 47%.

Nations registered 3 shots, one of which was on target, leading to the decisive goal. Karela, however, failed to hit the target with any of their 2 attempts.

In the second half, Nations FC took full control, dominating possession for the majority of the game.

The match ended with Nations FC securing a 1-0 win over Karela United. With this victory, Nations FC have climbed to 3rd place on the league table with 42 points, just 4 points behind leaders Kumasi Asante Kotoko.
