The Black Starlets of Ghana lost 1-0 to Burkina Faso in the semifinals of the ongoing West African Football Union (WAFU) Zone B U-17 tournament at the Cape Coast sports stadium in southwest Ghana late Tuesday.

Ousmane Camara scored the only goal of the match from a spot-kick awarded to the Burkinabees in the 64th minute.

Burkina Faso will play against Nigeria, who earlier defeated Cote d’Ivoire 3-1 on Friday.

The two teams have also qualified for the Confederation of African Football U-17 tournament in Algeria next year.

Ghana will play against Cote d’Ivoire for third place in the tournament.
