The Minister for Education and MP for Bosomtwe, Dr Yaw Osei Adutwum has confirmed that Ghanaian teachers are one of the best resourceful teachers across the world considering their performance and attitude towards work.
He said, Ghanaian teachers, are really hardworking and resourceful, once they are provided with the opportunity of learning and teaching materials, they would surely do a fantastic job.
Dr. Adutwum used the 2021 WASCE results to justify his reason for identifying teachers of Ghana as resourceful teachers, especially with tremendous high passing grades which are over Fifty percent (50%) of the total students who sat for the examinations.
Dr. Adutwum made these remarks today 9 December 2021 in an Interview with the press soon after his appearance before Parliament to answer questions on government measures to get the education sector the needed equipment such as school buildings (E-Blocks), textbooks and others.
