The Hon. Minister for health, Kwaku Agyeman Manu has today Monday 19 July 2021 revealed to the ADHOC Committee that, he gave the very best form of deal to Ghana with respect to SPUTNIK-V vaccines procurement.
He further explains that much prudence could not be attained in the procurement of the SPUTNIK-V vaccines because he was in a haste to get the vaccines to save the lives of Ghanaians.
He also mentioned that the process would have been different if things were done differently.
The answers of the minister came when the Hon. Member of Parliament for Techiman North, Madam Elizabeth Ofosu-Agyare cross-examined the health minister, Mr. Kwaku Agyeman Manu at the Parliamentary ADHOC Committee in Parliament today.
