The Ghana Police Service has initiated an investigation into the attack on three Catholic priests in Nkwanta, Oti Region. ACP Grace Ansah-Akrofi, during a press briefing, confirmed that efforts are underway to apprehend the suspects responsible for the attack.

She further revealed that 123 individuals connected to various acts of lawlessness have been arrested and are undergoing legal proceedings.

 

Those arrested in relation to recent incidents are also being processed in line with the law. ACP Ansah-Akrofi emphasized the police’s commitment to maintaining law and order, ensuring public safety, and providing security across the country for all citizens.
