President body guard Gyibiril Isaah Tutu who is a native of Asamankese yesterday cut sod for construction of ultra modern library for the people of Asamankese Zongo and also fencing the entire Asamankese cemetery with security apartment to prevent people from doing bad things at the cemetery especially the Muslims cemetery.
Speaking to the media after the sod cutting he said they have learnt a lot from the president in terms of helping people and since he is also a native of Asamankese, he has no option than to offer the little he has to his people.
