President Akuffo Addo has wished Muslims around the globe particularly those in Ghana well as they begin Ramadan today, May 6, 2019.
The president urged Muslims to use the holy period to renew their faith and commitement to what he says is the Ghana Project.
In a facebook post, Nana Addo urged Muslims to pray for their leaders and continue to live in unity during and after Ramadan.
“On behalf of the government of Ghana, I extend my greetings to Muslims in Ghana and all over the world, as they begin the one-month journey of spiritual devotion, in line with Allah’s command.It is my hope that this month of Ramadan, being a blessed one, will renew their faith and commitement to the Ghana Project.”
