The President of the United States of America, President Joe R. Biden Jr., has conferred the American prestigious award of, LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT PRESIDENTIAL AWARD from the White House, Washington D.C. on H. E. Amb. Prof. Dean Robers Jr; at a ceremony in the United States of America during the 2023 UN 78 General Assembly.
The accompanying citation, which was signed by President Joe Biden, eulogized the achievements of H. E. Amb. Prof. Roberts Jr who is the High Commissioner and Continental Vice President of the International Peace and Governance Council – IPGC USA. President Joe Biden in his statement stated that the High Commissioner and Continental Vice President- IPGC USA had shared his time and passion and helped to deliver and discover solutions to the challenges the world faces.
President Biden said, “we are living in a moment that calls for hope, light and love”. Hope for the future, light to see our way forward and love for everyone, and by his service, H. E. Prof. Amb. Roberts Jr. is providing all three.
The citation continued that throughout their history, the American story has been strengthened by people like H. E. Amb Prof Roberts Jr, who combine optimism about what can be and the resilience to actualize the vision into reality.
President Biden said he was not alone in recognizing that those who are willing to step up and volunteer in service of the community and country are essential to the ongoing work of forming a more perfect union.
He said the American story depends not on anyone or some but on all of the citizenry. The citation by President Biden is in line with strong signals that H. E. Amb. Prof. Dean Roberts Jr, the Professor of Criminology at the American University of Peace and Governance, has taken it upon himself to contribute to the public good and offered his meritorious service to the nation .H. E. Amb Prof. Dean Roberts Jr, an American Criminologist, Engineering Scientist, Renowned Internationally Recognised Security Expert, Philanthropist, International Missionary and Ordained Minister of the Gospel, was congratulated and appreciated by President Biden for his volunteer leadership and encouraged him to continue to answer the call to serve.
As a respected Peace and Conflict Mediator, H. E. Amb Prof. Roberts Jr recently called for the cessation of all hostilities and conflicts in the world and implored the various religious entities around the World to transmit and promote peace globally.
