The newly approved Chairman for the Board of Directors of Ghana Oil Company GOIL Mr. John Boadu has stated that he together with his other Directors will work to ensure the increase in profitability for the company.
According to him, they will build on the achievements of their predecessors as well as produce premium products that will be appealing to their consumers and Ghanaians as a whole.
He made these remarks during GOIL’s Extraordinary General Meeting to approve the appointment of four Directors to replace retiring Directors.
Mr. Reginald Daniel Laryea, Mr. John Boadu, Madam Angela Forson (all government representatives) and Mr. Edwin Provencal (BOST Representative) have been approved by shareholders to replace four retiring Directors
