Former National star Yaw Preko has been appointed as the substantive coach for the National U20 team, the Black Satellites.

Yaw Preko was the assistant coach to the same side before moving to Nigeria to join his former Boss Kenichi Yatshuhashi.

Yaw Preko takes over the job from Coach Jimmy Corblah who failed to qualify the team for Poland 2019 U20 ongoing tournament and Yaw will be assisted by former Liberty Professionals Coach George Lamptey, who gets his first duty as a National Team Coach.

Though the previous technical team is no more, Omanfm1071.com can exclusively say that goalkeepers trainer for Ashgold George Owu is likely to be maintained at post.

The first assignment of the two will be to prepare Ghana for the next FIFA and CAF U20 championship.
