The Minister for Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration Hon Shirley Ayorko Botchway is urging Thailand to take advantage of government’s flagship program, Planting for Food and Jobs and invest in modernized Agriculture in Ghana.

Speaking at the opening of the first Ghana – Thailand Senior Officials Meeting at the Ministry today, Ambassador Sammie Eddicco, supervising director of the foreign affairs ministry on behalf of the minister said Ghana is desirous to tap into the success of Thailand and that Ghana is ready to partner Thailand in the area of Agriculture, Education and Trade to boost the economy.

He also called on Thailand manufacturers to take advantage of the African Continental Free Trade Secretariat which will be in Ghana soon, and the government’s 1d1f program and invest in the economy of Ghana.
