The Ghana Gaming Commission has received modernized IT equipment from betPawa in order to establish a Responsible Gaming Call Center at the Commission.

The intervention, which arrives just days after the company was announced as the headline sponsor for the Ghana Premier League, is part of the leading online betting and

 

gaming company’s responsible gaming agenda, which aims to educate people about the importance of viewing betting as a form of entertainment and betting only what they can afford.

BETPAWA WILL DO EVERYTHING ABOVE OURSELVES TO HELP PUT IN THE NECESSARY INFRASTRUCTURE TO ENSURE THAT NO ONE SUFFERS ANY HARM THROUGH GAMING, HENCE THE SETUP OF THE RESPONSIBLE GAMING CALL CENTER”.

On his side, the Commissioner of the Gaming Commission, Mr. Peter Mireku commended highly the gesture from betPawa and encouraged other sport betting operators to take similar action.
