The Municipal Chief Executive for Wenchi Municipality, Dr Prince Kwakye Afiriyie has urged both final year and gold track SHS students to abide by the safety protocols instituted by the government to prevent the spread of novel coronavirus.

He gave the advice on Wednesday, June 24,2020 when he tours some selected Senior High Schools within the Wenchi Municipality of the Bono Region.

Dr Prince Kwakye Afiriyie also used the opportunity to call on the students who are 18 years and above to go and register in the forthcoming new voters registration excercise which will be commenced on Tuesday June 30 by the Electoral Commission of Ghana.

For her part the Wenchi Municipal Director of the Ghana Education Service, Mrs. Efua Amuah said during the pandemic school is the safest place to stay and charged the students to study hard and pass their exams .
