Mr.Thomas Adu Appiah aka Chairman Thoma ;Bono East Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has expressed joy about the unprecedented developmental projects undertaken by the Nana Addo Danquah Akufo Addo’s government for the past two years that the Region was created alongside with five others namely;Oti, Savanna,North East , Western North and Ahafo .

Speaking to newsmen in an interview at Techiman after the President’s two day working visit to Bono East Region to inspect ongoing projects, commissioning of other projects whiles he also cut sod for majority of some projects to also begin in the Region.In this regard the Region Chairman said he is pleased with the numerous projects initiated by the current government in the Region and Ghana as a whole which the National Democratic Congress(NDC) claim the newly created Region is their strong hold couldn’t do in their 8years regime .

Addressing the press on behalf of Chairman Thoma, Mr.Addo Donkor Everson Regional Communication’s Director of the party said the rousing support and appellations accorded the president in the Bono East Region by influencial personalities shows the good work of the NPP government.

He therefore thanked all party Executives and faithfuls , Chiefs , opinion leaders and all and sandry who help in diverse ways to make the President’s visit to the Bono East a memorable one and appealed to them to give the government four more years to do more.
