Growing up, I witnessed a lot of creatives not being appreciated correctly as other people from other career fields are being appreciated.

From bead makers, painters, shoe makers to fashion designers. Witnessing this has really had an impact on me which compelled me to take a bold step to be the next Miss Malaika queen.

By leveraging the visibility and influence gained, I can advocate for the arts, support emerging talent, and highlight the economic value of creativity.

Promoting creativity fosters innovation, which in turn can lead to job creation across various industries, from design to technology.
