14-year-old JHS 3 pupil of Kokrobite Presby School, Rosalina Naa Adorkor Bulley has met her untimely death during Easter Beach at Kokrobite after a wave hits a wall and collapsed on her.

The unfortunate incident happened at Kokrobite in the Ga South Municipality in the Greater Accra Region.

Information gathered indicates that the deceased and her mother went to the beach to sell Banku and while selling the deceased decided to rest on the stones around the sea defense wall but abruptly collapsed on her and died instantly.

In an interview with Jojo Blankson of Oman FM the mother of the deceased Patience Dzostsi who could not control her tears said the death of her daughter came to her as a surprise, they were about to close and go home.

Meanwhile, Assemblyman for Kokrobite Electoral Area Nii Saka Allotey called on police to investigate into the matter

Furthermore, Adontenhene of Kokrobite Nii Quarshie Djabum Okreketeyua (ii) said, they are inviting all those who have hotels around and put proper measures in place to save lives and properties.
