In commemoration of its 20th anniversary, GLICO Healthcare also launched several initiatives aimed at enhancing healthcare access and quality in Ghana which include the introduction of the Retirees Health Plan.

Mr.Kyei said the retirees health plan is designed to cater to the healthcare needs of retirees, a Continuous Professional Development training for service providers in the country.

The Chief Executive Officer of the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA) Dr.Aboagye Dacosta commended GLICO Healthcare for its contributions to the healthcare sector and emphasized the importance of private health insurance in complementing government efforts to provide quality healthcare to all citizens to enjoy healthy and peaceful retirement years without worrying about medical bills and health care.
