A sociologist, Justice Siaw has spoken against the present practise of pallbearers dancing with the coffins of the dead and doing gimmicks with them.

He said when somebody dies, it is a time of mourning and a time for comforting the family of the dead and therefore there is no room for any jokes or teasing.

“But what is happening recently is very sad and calls for a clear and collective effort to keep the sancity of the dead” Justice Siaw intimated.

He said it is a bad omen and news, when a coffin with the dead falls off the pallbearers and caused the dead body to fall onto the ground.
