The Chairman of the Food, Agriculture and Cocoa Affairs and MP for Nsuta Kwamang Beposo, Kwame Asafo Adjei has commended the government for the good initiatives outlined to improve agriculture in the country.

According to him despite the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic around the world which led to lockdown in the country and other measures put in place food is still enough in the country.

He also commend the minister for Food and Agriculture for the support given to farmers in terms of input.

Speaking to Oman Fm Parliamentary correspondent Nana Ampofo Ayeh he said for the first time in the history of Ghana we have seen 6% growth rate in agriculture.
