Chelsea has confirmed the deal to sign Wesley Fofana from Leicester in a post on the club’s official website.
The Blues have been chasing the centre back all summer, and have finally got their man.
It’s been clear for a week or so that a deal was close, despite Foxes manager Brendan Rodgers’ protestations. The former St Etienne man flew to the USA to complete his medical which delayed things, but today has returned to Cobham to seal his dream move to Chelsea.
