The Supreme Court has fixed Tuesday, February 16, 2021, to deliver it’s ruling on Mr John Dramani Mahama’s motion for leave to re-open his case in the ongoing Election Petition Trial.

The Petitioner, Mr Mahama, is also praying the Court for leave to subpoena the first Respondent, the Electoral Commission, headed by Mrs Jean A Mensa, to be cross-examined.

Meanwhile, parties to the Election 2020 Trial have closed their cases.

Following a unanimous decision on Thursday, February 11, 2021, by the Supreme Court, that it could not compel the EC Boss to testify, the Petitioner had filed a motion for leave to have his case reopened.
