The United Nations International Peace and Governance Council ( UNIPGC)  High Commissioner and Continental Vice President.

H. E. Amb. Prof Dean Roberts Jr. has paid an informal courtesy call on the Ga Mantse and the overlord of the Ga Traditional Council, His Royal Majesty, King Tackie Teiko Tsuru II at his palace in Accra.

H. E. Amb. Prof Dean Jr. among other activities, commiserated with His Royal Majesty on the passing away of his father, the late Dr. Ebenezer Tackie, the former Dean of Architecture at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and took the opportunity to sign the book of condolence.

H. E. Amb.Prof Roberts Jr is a prominent African American Criminologist, Engineering Scientist, Internationally Recognised Security Expert, Philanthropist, Investor in the oil and gas industry and International Missionary.

As a renowned and globally respected Peace and Conflict Mediator whose Peaceful exploits and campaigns span over 5 continents, Prof. Dean Jr. is also an advocate for the development of the youth throughout the world and is always clamoring for giving the youth equal opportunities in the governance structure of democratic countries of the world.

H. E. Amb. Prof Dean Roberts Jr. thanked the revered King for the singular honour and warm reception accorded him to his Royal Palace and pledged his loyalty and unflinching support to the people of the Ga State in particular and the Republic of Ghana in general.

He assured them, in his capacity as the High Commissioner and Continental Vice President of the United Nations International Peace and Governance Council, of his readiness to deploy his wealth of expertise and experience at the disposal of the King and his people and help them to achieve peace and prosperity for the benefit of the Traditional Area and Ghana as a whole.

His Royal Majesty, King Tackie Tawiah Tsuru II, on behalf of his Council and the people of Ghana and President of the Republic of Ghana, H. E. Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo- Addo thanked the eminent Professor of Criminology and International Security Expert for his royal and highly dignified visit.

King Tackie Teiko Tsuru II also praised H. E. Amb. Prof Roberts Jr. for his unequivocal stance on the highest standards of transparency and public safety for global peace and Sustainable Development Goals 2030 principles of the United Nations which can only be achieved through collaborative efforts and mediation processes globally to practicalize peace-building efforts in all sincerity for a peaceful world.
He pledged to work with the UNIPGC in all diligence and cooperation for a lasting world peace.

H.E. Amb. Prof. Dean Roberts Jr. called for a Memorandum of Understanding to be signed between the August organization under his capacity and the Ga Traditional Council for projects that will benefit the Traditional Council, the Youth, and the people of Ghana that will help boost the economic development in the Country which is the basic instrument for peacebuilding and peaceful coexistence among others.

H.E. Amb. Prof. Dean Roberts Jr. promised to submit the MOU when completed to his office and the President of the United States of America, H. E. Joe Biden during his anticipated presentation of his Credentials anytime soon to the American President and People of America in the United States of America and the Continental Headquarters of his organization in the Federal Republic of Nigeria for consideration and approval to source funding for viable projects that will help to develop the Nation of Ghana and the Youth in particular.
