Kadd District Forestry Manager, Mr Kwabena Adu Bonnah has appealed to the general public to walk into any forestry office to get free seedlings to plant on the day of the green Ghana project’s second phase.

He said due to how enthusiastic people were during the first phase of green Ghana, the target has increased tremendously.

He added, looking at the first phase of the project, the trees planted have been successful.

He said the little challenge they have is at times tress planted get destroyed as a result of road expansion and expansions in some churches.

He made these statements today at Kade when he was speaking to the media about how prepared they are for phase two of the green Ghana project.
