President Akufo-Addo has assured all Ghanaians that his administration is focused on giving Ghanaians value for money policies, programs and infrastructure that will not short change the people of Ghana.

The President made these remarks in an exclusive interview with the Director of Radio at Kencity Media LTD, Kwabena Kwakye, broadcast on NET2 TV, Oman 107.1 fm and affiliate stations in Ghana on Friday.

Responding to criticisms by his political opponents that his policies are not being felt in the country, the President said on the contrary, wherever he goes; community leaders including chiefs have acknowledged relief and benefits from the numerous policies and programs government has rolled out.

He recalled the ongoing construction works on 4 major interchanges in different parts of the country, which has amply demonstrated how it views and handles debt with value for money in mind unlike other previous administrations in recent past.

He said development in Ghana over the last 3 and half years has seen huge strides in the economy of Ghana, signifying a better handler of the nation’s debt.

On truths and falsehoods as the election approaches, President Akufo-Addo assured all that as a sincere believer in democracy, he encourages free speech stressing that there should be validity in what one says and not just the mere chatter.
