The Columbia Ambassador to Switzerland, Madam Claudia Turbay has challenged women not to give up irrespective of challenges that may come in their way of career.

Speaking at the 2019 Women in Leadership Executive Forum organized by the Young Politicians and Leaders Network,the Ambassador of Columbia stated that, women are capable of any leadership role and must take advantage of the little time given and get actively involved in leadership roles and advocate for women empowerment and gender equality.

The Member of Parliament for Hohoe, Hon. Bernice Adiku Heloo also emphasized that women are strong leaders and they must stand and fight for their right and gender parity, respect for human rights and the rule of law.

The law maker again challenged women to make sacrifices and contributions to achieve gender equality and economic empowerment of women.
