Mrs. Vida Kwofie a Health Practitioner has advised Ghanaians on the need to prioritize knowledge of their health status by visiting the hospital for a full body checkup at least once a year.

According to her, most Ghanaians are so focused on their work and hardly find time to ascertain their health status for subsequent
treatment or management.

She added that a full body checks at least once a year is key in helping one to identify hidden illnesses or malfunctioning of a part of the body that may be grievous in the future.

Mrs. Vida Kwofie who also doubles as the CEO of Delta Health Care made this known when Delta Health Care conducted a free health screening for over 500 traders at Makola in Accra.
